How to Select the Right Mini-Pleat Panel Filter

   Choose MERV 14, or MERV 15 based on the required filtration efficiency and facility application.

   Select the Appropriate Filter Depth

   Choose 1-inch for space-constrained applications, 2-inch for standard commercial installations, or 4-inch where greater dust-holding capacity and longer service intervals are desired.

   Confirm Frame and Header Compatibility

   Verify whether the HVAC housing requires Plastic, GI, or Aluminum construction and whether the installation uses a box frame or 20 mm header frame.

   Verify System Pressure Drop

   Confirm that the HVAC fan and air-handling system can support the filter's pressure-drop requirements. The maximum recommended final pressure drop is 1.50" w.g.
